What type of screening do you use?

Do you offer financing?
At this time, we are actively working on establishing financing options to make it easier for our customers to access our products. We are committed to ensuring that our financing offerings are competitive and tailored to meet your needs. Rest assured, as soon as we have our financing options in place and ready for use, we will make an official announcement to inform our customers.
Who installs your security doors?
Our in-house installation team installs our security screen doors & windows. Our team consists of highly trained and experienced professionals who are dedicated to delivering the highest level of service and security for your home. At Entry Prevention, we take pride in ensuring that our customers receive not only top-quality security products but also a seamless and professional installation process.
Are the doors pet proof? My pet keeps destroying my screens.
The nature of our steel screening makes it resistant to scratches and bites from pets. Even if your dogs or cats may scratch or attempt to chew on the screens, they won’t easily damage or penetrate the material. They are built to withstand the wear and tear that pets can potentially inflict on them while simultaneously providing the high level of security you need for your home.
Can you install a pet door into the security screens?
We understand the importance of accommodating your beloved pets while maintaining the security of your home. Our team can work with you to determine the most suitable size based on the needs of your pet. To provide you with an accurate cost, we would need to assess the size of the pet door you prefer. Our team can offer a price estimate based on your specific requirements.
I want a custom color, can you do that?
While we offer a selection of 10 standard colors to choose from, we also provide you with the flexibility to match your home’s decor or your personal style. Custom colors may incur an extra charge. This is because acquiring a unique color requires special attention and resources to ensure the perfect finish.
Do your doors replace my existing door?
No, our security screen doors and windows are installed over your existing door or window and secured on the exterior of the home. This installation method allows for the retention of your current door or window while adding an extra layer of security and protection provided by our heavy-duty, steel screens.
Can bugs still get through the doors?
Our screening is meticulously designed with small perforations that are specifically engineered to keep bugs out. The holes are too tiny for most insects, such as mosquitoes and flies, to pass through, ensuring that your home remains bug-free. While the holes in our screens are effective at keeping bugs at bay, they are strategically spaced to allow for the free flow of air. This ensures that your home stays well-ventilated, providing you with fresh air and comfort.
What type of warranty do you offer?
BREAK-INS:
In the unlikely event of a break-in through one of our products, Entry Prevention will refund the purchase price of the specific product through which entry was gained. To this date, we have never had a break-in through one of our products!
PRODUCT DEFECTS:
The warranty covers any defects or malfunctions pertaining to the structural integrity of the metal structure, screening, and framing, including rust and corrosion. Warranty also covers all welding and any blistering, and/or fading of a product’s Powder Coat Finish for 24 months from date of purchase.
